PAM KNIGHTS
Pam Knights brings more than thirty years of marketing communications experience and connections to the benefit of her clients. Prior to starting PKC in 2000, Pam directed communications for the Vermont Land Trust for three years, managing communications for five regional offices, producing numerous publications, organizing press conferences, annual meetings and special events. Prior to promoting farms and land conservation, Pam worked at New England Culinary Institute for thirteen years as director of public relations and special events, where she developed some of the country’s first culinary weekend programs and children’s cooking classes. While at NECI she organized annual conferences to bring chefs, farmers and distributors together to explore ways to work together to strengthen the local food system—as a result the now nationally-acclaimed Vermont Fresh Network was created in partnership with the Vermont Department of Agriculture.
